Clive Wakfer's cover illustrations for the Voice Magazine have given it distinction. As a caricaturist, Wakfer is literal in his use of "ludicrous representation." His portraits can even appear flattering. A persuasive trick; he leaves his targets standing... but sliced off at the neck. Politicians especially are raw meat for Wakfer's blade. It tickles the targets' fancy also. Write about them in such a way and they grow apoplectic.
